  • 120 gr flour
  • 130 gr oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp bakingpowder
  • 1 tbsp all spice/cinnamon
  • salt
  • 100 gr brown sugar
  • 75 gr raisins
  • 50 gr sesameseeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 85 gr butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ┬░C.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with a cookie sheet or baking paper
  3. In a bowl mix the flour, oatmeal, bakingpowder, spices and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the sugar, raisins and the sesameseeds. Mix well.
  5. Add the honey, melted butter and both eggs and mix until you have some kind of a sticky dough.
  6. Divide the dough in 12 pieces, shape them round and place them on the baking sheet.
  7. Flatten them a little and space them a little apart, because they will rise a little and flatten out during baking.
  8. Bake them in 15 minutes until the edges start to brown. They will be still soft but don't bake them too long. They will get a little crispier once the've cooled, but still chewy in the middle.
  9. Keep them for a few days in a sealed container or you can freeze them.
